i get sinus infection often and my doctor always tells me to take z-pack but i still get sinus infections like every 3 months. what should i do?

That's too much!: Antibiotics are not recommended for most cases of sinusitis. Taking a course of antibiotics ever 3 months is excessive. Try a decongestant, and if necessary, see an ENT specialist.
