Depends of size: The larger the longer. Expect several weeks.

Depends: Depends on how large and the location and amount of trauma associated with the hematoma. Also draining the hematoma helps it heal faster. A small hematoma occurring from venipuncture (blood draw) on the arm heals faster than a large hematoma on the lower extremity (slower healing location) caused by severe trauma (ie: car accident).
