No injury?: Why do you have a hematoma on your toe if you did not have an injury? That would probably help to have an idea about the recovery time.

If the hematoma: was drained, what exactly do you want to heal? once the hematoma is drained your issue should be solved. Some residual discomfort may linger. I imagine tight shoes should be avoided until any discomfort subsides.
