What could be the cause of a radiating strange pain in my right leg that extends through my toes?

Sciatica : This is most likely caused by a problem with your lower back or lumbar spine. The nerves coming out of you spine are being irritated and the pain is radiating down your lower extremity to your foot. If not treated it could lead to muscle weakness or numbness in your foot or leg.

Back problem: The symptoms you are describing are very often associated with lower back. Maybe disc or sciatic nerve compression.
