A member asked:

Can phimosis affect penis growth? shape, length, etc.) age 19.

No, not the growth: Phimosis is when a part of the foreskin is too tight, making the foreskin unable to easily slip back and forth over the glans (head of the penis). So, with phimosis, the appearance of an erect penis will still have the foreskin covering the glans, which is incorrect. The foreskin should slip behind the glans. A primary care doctor or a urologist can advise on using cortisone creams and stretching.
