A member asked:

How successful is fallopian tube repair? i have two blocked tubes due to previous infection

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not very: While fallopian tube repair after sterilization can have a high success rate in some cases, success rates are much lower if the tubes are blocked as a result of infection - so much so that most if not all infertility physicians would reccomend ivf rather than trying to repair them.
