What did your gyn : Say, ?U get a tubal infection from bacteria that was that traveled up the uterus into the fallopian tubes, o it is called pid u can read about it online if you have infection u should be on strong antibiotics usually IV antibiotics and if it does not get better may need tube or tubes removed.
