A member asked:

Does pinworm infection cause infertility in females? can the pinworm damage fallopian tubes?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: Pinworms cannot survive in the female genital tract. Their preferred home is the large intestines, with some capability of living in the small intestine and its connected features. Any statement that PW affect womens fertility is a myth.
