Ouch: This sounds painful. Have you had a laparoscopic surgery to have doctor take a look at the tubes? If a tube is blocked and fluid is collecting behind it, then that can definitely cause pain. The only relief from that pain would be surgery. Bleeding after orgasm may or may not be related (likely, not). Concern for hpv related changes on cervix can cause. Make sure pap is up to date.
