Loose weight diet: Most of the patients with hernias , especially incisional hernias by weight reduction, feel better , symptoms will improve and possible to postpone surgery, in some cases even avoiding it.

Regular: There is no specific diet to be on if you have a hernia. If however something in particular makes you feel worse, avoid it. Use common sense and listen to your body.
