Calorie restriction : Limit calorie intake to 1200-1500/day. You must count the calories of everything that goes in your mouth. Avoid carbohydrates. Walk 30 minutes per day at least 5 days per week. Stay hydrated and take a multivitamin daily. Guaranteed to work if you do this, but its a lot easier said than done. If you have the mindset you will do anything it takes to get the weight off, you will do it! good luck!
