Lifestyle: Manage underlying conditions as controlling your blood sugar level. You should adopt healthy lifestyle habits as eating a healthy diet that's rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean protein. Avoid things that can cause nerve damage, such as: toxic chemicals, tobacco smoke and rxcessive alcohol consumption.
