What are the symptoms of oral pyogenic granuloma?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Several: Pyogenic granulomas in the oral cavity may occur in several areas, with the gums being one of the more common locations. They may be due to trauma or some source of local irritation. Typically they will appear as a round elevated lesion, deep red in appearance, bleed easily, and sometimes painful.
