See a Dr: Preferably a dermatologist. You cannot be sure of this diagnosis without a microscopic exam of the specimen when it is removed. Why do you think it is a pyogenic granuloma? Removing one of these is quick and painless, requiring no stitches or bandages. So when I think I see one I take it off right there. They are superficial and leave no scars. It is not a cancer but some cancers look the same. T
