Removal with Biopsy: A pyogenic granuloma is non-cancerous growth of tissue that is composed of fragile immature blood vessels. There are often found in areas on the skin after trauma (fingers and toes around the nail are most common). They are tender and bleed very easily. See your doctor to have it removed and tested by biopsy to make sure that is what it is.
