What are some ideas for an exercise schedule for me?

Use stolen moments: Waiting for a store to open? Hanging out at the airport? Looking for a way to spend time with kids? Free for lunch but no desire to eat at cafeteria? These are golden opportunities to take a walk, do some stretches, work out a bit. There are many others like climbing stairs, going for a walk with a colleague, being outdoors with family, etc. Seize every free moment and move. They all add up!

Move when you can: Park at the far end of the parking lot; skip the elevator- walk up one flight, down two flights. My kids' sports coach taught them- you can watch tv if you do push ups/ sit ups while watching. Have a pet-? Walk the dog for 20 minutes rather than let him out in the yard.
