Only ectopics.: After hysterectomy (removal of uterus) by definition no pregnancy can be intrauterine. In extremely rare circumstances, pregnancy can still occur if the cervix, tubes and ovaries are left in situ and/or the vaginal cuff is not closed (or a fistula develops between vagina and tube) - in such cases ectopic pregnancy can occur (life threatening).

Definition?: A woman cannot conceive in the traditional sense as indicated by others. However, if you have your ovaries, then using ivf technology and a surrogate, you could "conceive" an embryo that becomes a genetically related baby but delivered by the surrogate. I have had women such as this succeed and have their own biological children. So, answer depends on definition of conception :).
