Perhaps: If you mean emotional or psychological disorders, yes. People often binge-eat or crave foods with a lot of sugar, salt, or fat when they are depressed or anxious. If you mean learning disabilities, there is no special correlation with eating poorly except for lack of nutritional knowledge and/or poor judgment or impulse control.
