Bee sting: Immediately ice packs will help decrease the swelling. Also antihistamines and or advil (ibuprofen) will help along with relieving the pain.

Baking soda & H2O: I agree with dr. Kanter. You can also make a paste of baking soda & water and apply it directly to the affected area.
