Not really: Because OCD is complex, i understand why you ask. I have not noted this nor has a quick survey point to this. However, if you have noticed change coinciding with growth spurt, do make sure you and your psychiatrist thoroughly investigate. The significant shifts in hormonal change-particularly with growth spurt- certainly should be thoroughly considered. If OCD began around puberty, up urgency.
