Whats is abnormal results for a pft?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

If below your peers: An abnormal result on a pft (pulmonary function test) depends on one's value compared to his/her age-matched peers. Standard pft's are divided into 3 sections, the first spirometry (which measures exhalation efforts), the second lung volumes, and the third "diffusion capacity( ability of oxygen to transfer into lung's blood vessels).".
