Be Careful with this: You can lose a great deal of weight on a liquid diet, but it must be balanced so you do not lose important electrolytes. It must also contain the right Amino Acids ( the building blocks of proteins) and essential fats your body cannot make itself. In the 70s people died on poor products. In short, don't try this without medical supervision as it can become life threatening very quickly.
