Diet: Take small amount of food but frequently, like every 2 hours. Then advance the diet from liquid to solid, as tolerated.

Full liquids: Go with a full liquid diet for the time being. Check with a dietician for the details. If you can get by with that for a week or two you may be able to advance to soft diet.
