Hmmmm...: The staples of healthy weight loss, assuming that's your goal, are 1.Eating small portions, 2. Eating the right types of foods (fruits, vegetables and healthy proteins such as fish), 3. Exercise i don't like the idea of large meals, and frequent snacking is usually something that people can't maintain as a healthy habit. Whatever you do, make it something that you can do consistently. No diets.
