More than likely: Lots of headaches are started and caused by the muscles of mastication. If a tooth or wisdom tooth is causing a malocclusion issue, (teeth fit together improperly) it can lead to sore jaws and headaches which are very treatable.

Yes: What you are talking about is referred pain. Sometimes when an area of the mouth or face feels pain it will refer pain to another area. Its more likely that your wisdom tooth is causing your headache though.
