Whatever you like.: After 2 yrs, everything is healed. This is the same injury that saints quarterback drew brees had repaired. It's worked out pretty well for him. The most important thing is to get your range of motion back to normal. Next, strengthening becomes the most important thing to restore. Once range of motion and strenght are restored, regular activities can be resumed. If it hurts, don't do it!
