Surgery is painful: Intraabdominal surgery can be painful. Just make sure you are eating and drinking properly. That is key.

Might be too early: You just had surgery so pain is common. Give it some time. Hopefully the pain will go away. If it persists, see your surgeon/obgyn for re-evaluation. For now, take the pan med that was given to you after surgery.
