Ovarian cyst removal im 20 years old and after my surgery it was hard for me to breath the next day why ?

Atelectasis is a term used to describe the temporary collapse of small areas in the lungs seen after general anesthesia & abdominal surgery; this will clear up on its own. If your surgery was laparoscopic, the distention of the abdomen w/co2 can put pressure on the diaphragm & cause shortness of breath.
