See your dentist: If it is simple debonding it may be able to be re-cemented, if it is fractured, more likely it will need to be replaced.

You can't recement.: Unfortunately, if a porcelain veneer comes off your tooth, there's no way to re-glue it yourself. Don't break or lose the veneer, and see your dentist asap. If it's in-tact, and the tooth is not damaged, then putting it back on should be fairly easy. The bigger question is why did it fall off? Without that answer, it may happen again in the future. In either case, you can't do it yourself. Sorry.

See dentist: It is rare for a veneer that was prepared well and bonded well to come off. However, if you do feel a veneer come off, be very careful not to bite down on it. A loose veneer is very fragile. If you bite down on it, the veneer can chip, crack, or break. Carefully wrap veneer in a tissue, put it in ziplock bag, and see your dentist. If the veneer is not damaged, it can usually be bonded back on tooth.

See dentist: If the veneer is intact and the tooth is healthy, the veneer may be able to be rebonded. If not, a new one is in order.

See a dentist: See a dentist as soon as you can sometimes if you do not wait too long it can be re-cemented with no problems. However if decay gets under the veneer, the decay will need to be remove and a new veneer will need to be made. However in 25 years and thousands of veneers I have only had a handful come off. Identifying why it came off is extremely important.

Veneer pop off: See a dentist who may be able to rebond the veneers back on

Reevaluation: See a Dentist, preferably the one who fabricated your veneers, the one that best knows your original malocclusion. Veneers may be reattach-able, replaceable, or a different restorative approach may be a better option. Veneers have a finite life span, and occasional retouching is often necessary.
