Could getting dental caps be a better choice for me rather than veneers?

Possibly: Conserving as much tooth structure is critical, but in some cases, a veneer is not the restoration of choice based upon your occlusion (bite, ) tooth structure remaining, esthetics, and other factors. I would get more than one opinion to help you with your decision.
