Yes and no.: No special age limitations, except that the patient should be finished their adult growth. These would be porcelain veneers. Composite veneers can be directly placed on younger patients. You clean as usual, ask hygienist not to use prophy-jet or sonic/ultrasonic scalers on them. Good luck.

No minimum age: Of course, porcelain veneers require special care during dental cleanings and visits, but is not much different than natural teeth.

Discuss options firs: First and foremost, you must adhere to excellent hygiene. Why do you feel that you need veneers? Did you try to bleach your teeth with a deep bleaching technique? Like all dental prosthesis, you need to have enhanced hygiene. Discuss all options with your dentist.

Extra care required: Veneers are very delicate. You must be careful eating certain things, like chewing on rib or chicken bones. I've had some break over the years due to the patient not careful such as biting fingernails or breaking thread with their teeth.

No, not all ages: Children with primary teeth are not candidates for porcelain veneers. All other ages with secondary teeth need to consider all options including orthodontics. No right answer for every situation.
