Neutral: Aloe vera is not harmful usually to skin and may help with many conditions like skin injury, sun born, traumatic burns, wounds, etc.. However, I do not knowm of any proven benefit of aloe vera for acne. Rather, it might make keeping pores open and clean somewhat harder to do. Ask your doctor about this.
