Get more active: Sign up for more activity in your life. The more you participate in activities that you enjoy (not just exercise) the healthier you'll be. For example, people tend to gain weight when they rely on eating or tv/computer for their primary entertainment. By increasing the variety of activities in your daily life you'll probably lose weight. Eat smaller portions of healthful foods and move a lot.
