Need your own reason: Every change has pros and cons. You need to find your own reasons to lose weight. Is your excess weight causing health problems? Are those problems likely to get worse if you don't lose weight? Often losing only 20 lbs will improve a person's risk factors for disease. What do you think your life will be like in 5 years if nothing changes?
