CT AVM: Assuming avm in brain, unenhanced ct may suggest, but may not be diagnostic or negative if small, if no bleed, and depending on type of vascular malformation. Contrast enhanced ct, ct angiography, MRI with contrast and mra better than unenhanced ct and more sensitive and specific. Sometime cerebral arteriogram needed.
