Yes: Nothing wrong with a webbed toe. It may not be as common as non webbed, but perfectly normal. Might even make you a better swimmer.

I've seen many: Patients with webbed toes. It just a failure of the toes to separate during intrauterine development. It has no significant effect on walking and is typically just a cosmetic issue.
