My toes feel tight and look a very little bit swollen ish. its hard to tell its not swollen to a point where its noticeable. i notice this when im standing for a long time for about an hour or so. is this normal? once i sit it feels normal again?

Seek medical advice : Your description of your toes is consistent with swelling to your digits standing and sitting are pretty much the same in controlling swelling. in other words this does not control swelling. because of your age I would seek medical attention this is not common at your age group
