See an allergist: An allergist can confirm your allergies, recommend environmental measures depending on what you are allergic to (suchas keeping windows closed, use recycled air in car, wash sheets weekly in hot water etc. )you can take allergy medications (antihistamines, nasal steroid sprays, saline rinse nose daily)) to alleviate your symptoms. Consider allergy shots to permanently treat your allergies.
