Possible: Aside from total avoidance of the offending allergens , which is nearly impossible, allergy shots provide the closest solution you are looking for. About 80% of the allergic patients improve with allergy shots and the improvement may be maintained even long after the shots have been discontinued after a 3-4 year treatment. However the degree of improvement ranges from less to no medication need.
