Sleep more before : A healthy body and mind can better handle short term sleep deprevation comparing to one who is not so well. So best is to keep yourself in good shape, and sleep some more before you have to burn the midnight oil. Take a good nap/sleep before having to do it. Keep yourself hydrated and believe it or not, don't over do it on caffeine. Good luck, nelly5!
