Depends: Americans pride themselves in not sleeping alot but sleep is incredibly important. It is the only time the body is able to restore and rejuvenate itself. The amount of sleep each person requires is different but normal ranges are 7-9. You should feel well rested when you sleep sufficiently and will not need to chug caffeine all day.
