how long do multivitamin tablets take to start working?

Define "working": I'm not sure what you mean by "working." you're generally not going to notice any benefit from taking a multivitamin unless you happen to have a symptomatic vitamin deficiency. Some people think that vitamins will given them "energy, " but that's not the case unless you have a deficiency.
