Must see a doctor: Discuss with her doctor where is the aneurysm and does it need to be treated or not because not all aneurysm need to be fixed . Also discuss with grandma her wishes

Be available...: Aneurysms are monitored for the size and rate of growth. Above a certain size (usually about 5.5 cm) it is recommended for surgical correction. There are both open and endovascular options available. There's not much any one person can do other than be ready to rush her to the hospital if she begins to have severe pain. Controlling blood pressure and heart rate is important.
