Yes: Yes, familial intracranial aneurysm were described, with high incidence of strokes . Suspicion is enough for screening , if detected early intervention will prevent stroke or even death., ask your doctor

Evidence: The evidence does not support further screening. Female smokers with first degree family histories are at higher risk. I usually tell patients to not make this decision based on insurance coverage (if they can). An mra can be relatively inexpensive with a cash discount and if that makes you worry less, how much is that worth?
