No: Those that are eligible for mc are those that have worked in this country(or are a spouse) and paid into social security for over 11 years. Mc is a us product and not accepted by other countries. Those wit medicare advantage plans, may have coverage out of country, one must look a the coverage offered by the particular plan(like aarp).
