Zoloft/Luvox: Not a great idea since both elevate serotonin. Also, Luvox can cause elevated levels of zoloft, (sertraline) leading to more gastrointestinal upset & headaches.

Agree w Dr Ali: Luvox may ^ the blood levels of Zoloft (sertraline). Both medications are selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRI's). Don't seen any benefit from mixing these two medications.
