No but a lot are: Accutane would cause a fetal disaster. Tetracycline would cause permanent staining. Sulfa meds are contraindicated during portions of the pregnancy. Topcial medications are probably ok (better not use retin-a). To help with acne during pregnancy, try to avoid sugar and processed food.
