See below: May be pilonidal cyst. Continue heat & nsaid. See fp or general surgeon asap for either incision & drainage or surgical removal of cyst. May have developed cellulitis, which will require antibiotics.

Pilonidal: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/pilonidal_cyst take all pressure off area. Moist heat. May need I&D , or even antibiotics.
