Hi my daughter is 15 months and needs to have her mumps inoculation is it safe for her to have it if she's teething and has high fevers?

Usually postponed : Routine immunizations are generally postponed if there is substantial fever.

Check with doctor: Teething should neither cause fevers or be extremely painful. She may have an infection of some type which is causing the fever and a mumps vaccination may not be a good idea because her immune system would be overwhelmed.
