Yes: Yes. If secondary to acute fractures of thoracic vertebra, surgical stabization procedures can be performed. If secondary to osteoporosis & compression, vertebroplasty is an option. There are certain exercises that you can perform that can corrective in the young. You would need to see a physical therapist for instruction. There are back support and taping that can be corrective in nature.
